Who is an Affiliate? 

An affiliate is someone who needs access to Royal Holloway IT systems but who is neither a student (managed in Banner) nor a member of staff (managed in ResourceLink). 

Examples of Affiliates  

Library walk-up users, external academic supervisors, guest lecturers, consultants and contractors. 

How to request an Affiliate account? 

To request an IT account for an Affiliate to the College, a ticket should be raised with the IT Service Desk.  This can be done by raising a footprints ticket by following the instructions found on this page
