Guidance on the wearing of face masks on campus is changing

The health and safety of our College community remains a top priority and we are changing our approach to face coverings as a result of Government guidance.

From Tuesday 30 November, we expect face coverings to be worn by students, staff and visitors over the age of 12 years old while indoors, including libraries, teaching rooms, lecture halls, laboratories and multiple-occupancy offices. This is the first time during the pandemic that staff have been asked to wear face coverings while seated in offices. The government has been clear that this is intended as a short-term restriction while the risk of the Omicron variant is assessed. Let’s do this simple thing to help stop the spread of COVID-19.

Full details can be found in the latest news article, and guidance for students is also available on the student intranet.

The Working Well Hub has been created to support colleagues during the pandemic. On the pages below there is information, guidance and resources to support your well-being whether you are working from home or from campus.
