Hi, I’m Janhavi and I am a third year Music student.

In my first year, the Peer Guidance Scheme was a corner of support that I could rely on when I was doubtful about any academic or general queries related to the university. As an international student, adjusting to a new country  tends to lead to a lot of second-guessing. Having a reassuring presence, like a Peer Guide, is always welcome.

By being a School Peer Guide Coordinator, I can hopefully reciprocate the support I received for incoming first years by assigning you to a Peer Guide, who can support you by answering any queries or issues you might have about student life to academics. 

I am looking forward to helping you settle in at Royal Holloway and meeting some of you in September!
