What is Insight Into?

This is our employer series for students from backgrounds that are under-represented in the workplace. It is designed to bring you exclusive access to employers, to enable you to explore future career options and build your network in a friendly and supportive environment.

Each Insight Into session will consist of an introduction to the company, a panel discussion or networking opportunity with employees from the business, and a fun, interactive insight into what it's like to be a new graduate and the types of work you would be doing. The majority will be hosted on campus or online, but local employers may choose to host the occasional one on their own premises.

Am I eligible?

Eligible students are undergraduate and taught postgraduate students who are any of the following:

1. Care leavers

2. Black heritage

3. First in your family to go to university

4. From a low-performing school

5. Registered with the Disability and Neurodiversity Team

6. From a lower socio-economic background
