Yoga Nidra is a traditional guided meditation and relaxation practice which has been found to reduce tension and anxiety and improve sleep.
This is a free of charge 45 minute session open to all ages and physical abilities. No experience is necessary.
Please bring: a yoga/exercise mat, blanket and pillow.
Please wear: any loose, comfortable clothing and warm socks.
Remember not to be late: There is no entry after the session has started to preserve the experience for the group as a whole.
