Then come along and talk to a variety of teacher training providers, who all have something slightly different to offer, from a PGCE one-year programme of study at a university, to working in a school from day one and earning a salary whilst studying for the qualification.

Teach South East - School-centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) programme in schools across the South East of England (secondary only)
Teach@Weydon - School-centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) programme in schools in Surrey and Hampshire (secondary only)
