Jun 29 2019
My name is Andy Jennings , as an Egham resident i know the University well , On 29th June this year we will be holding a Family Festival that is " Thamesfest 2019 " , the event is backed by Runnymede Council and we have secured the stunning location of Runnymede Pleasure Grounds on the banks of the River Thames , our chosen charity for the event is Shooting Star Chase Children’s Hospices where a percentage of the funds will be donated.

The event itself is aimed at families and will be very well attended and very different to anything the Borough has seen before , The idea is to provide lots of interactive learning and hands on opportunities as well as traditional rides , superb street catering , animal rides , petting zoos , arts and crafts , vintage car shows , demonstrations and so so much more , we will also be inviting all local schools to take part in in various competitions amongst other things .

The reason for my email was to see if you would be interested in participating in the event , having already done my research the reason you are receiving this email is because we think you would be a fantastic addition to the event as the University plays such a big part in the local community

We have a Facebook page @thamesfest2019 and website going live in January Thamesfest.com , if you would like further information

Demand and interest has been phenomenal already so If this is something you would be interested in we would love to hear from you and we will send you further details

Kindest Regards

Andy Jennings
