Understanding your individual strengths is increasingly important because rising numbers of graduate recruiters assess strengths as part of their selection process.
In this workshop, you will review your own strengths. You will practice answering strengths-based interview questions and identify opportunities for developing strengths you haven't been using much.
Before the workshop, you will need to visit the website: www.jobmi.com and complete the full strengths match questionnaire. Don’t stop at the first break where the site suggests jobs, keep going until you get a list of your visible and invisible strengths. You need to bring these lists with you to the workshop.
