If you’re staying on campus or within the local area over the Easter break, we've created a list of all the services that will be open and the hours they will be operating.
Student Services Centre
The Student Services Centre is operating on vacation hours 9.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
They will be closed on Monday 1 April, Wednesday 17 April to Tuesday 23 April inclusive.
Royal Holloway Sport
Royal Holloway Sport will be operating the following out of term opening hours:
Monday to Friday: 6.30am-9pm
Saturday: 9am-6pm
Sunday: 10am-6pm
Good Friday (19 April): 9am-4pm
Easter Saturday (20 April): 9am-6pm
Easter Sunday (21 April): 9am-4pm
Easter Monday (22 April): 9am-4pm
Final Sunday before the start of term (28 April): 9am-11pm

Library
The Library will be open 24 hours over the Easter break.
Santander branch on campus
The Santander branch on campus will be open:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 9am-5pm
Wednesday, 1-5pm
The branch will be closed from Wednesday 17 April until Tuesday 23 April inclusive.
Careers & Employability Service
The Careers & Employability Service will be operating the following hours over the Easter break:
10am-5.30pm
The Careers & Employability Service will be closed from Thursday 18 April to Tuesday 23 April inclusive.
The Packhorse
The Packhorse will continue to operate normal hours over the Easter break:
Monday to Saturday: 10:30am-11.30pm

Union Shop

Food outlets across campus
The Hub, Founder's Dining Hall, Grab & Go and 8Bar9 are all closed over the Easter break.
Crosslands
Open 8.30-4pm every week day. Closed at weekends and from Thursday 18 April to Tuesday 23 April inclusive.
Cafe on the Square
Open 7am-7pm from Thursday 18 April to Tuesday 23 April inclusive.
Open 7am-9pm daily on all other days.
Normal opening hours resume on Sunday 28 April.
Imagine
Open Monday to Saturday from 12-5pm. Closed on Sundays and from Thursday 18 April to Tuesday 23 April inclusive.
Boilerhouse Cafe
Open 8.30am-6pm every week day. Closed from Thursday 18 April to Tuesday 23 April inclusive.
KW's
Open daily from 12-1pm for brunch and from 6-7pm for dinner.
The Hub
Open from 5-7.30pm on Sunday 28 April.
Easter bus timetable
RH1 and RH2 busses will be suspended over the Easter break.
RH3 bus will operate as normal over weekends and weekdays. Discover the full bus timetable for over the Easter break on this page.
Post rooms
The Hub Post Room will operate as usual from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, but will be closed from Thursday 18 April to Tuesday 23 April inclusive.
The George Eliot postroom will be open for students to collect their post as normal from 9am-5pm daily.
