Professor Rosie Meek, School of Law, has recently been awarded our 2019 Doctoral Supervisor Award. This award recognises outstanding achievement in the mentoring, support and supervision of PhD students and in enhancing their learning environment. Rosie’s nomination included testimonials that detailed many opportunities that she had made available to her supervisees, going above and beyond the PhD itself. Rosie’s application will also be submitted for the national Times Higher Outstanding Supervisor of the Year Award.
