Our IT team are currently developing a pilot Chatbot that will have the ability to answer a series of IT-related queries on the student intranet, such as; logging onto the College WiFi and printing on campus.
Before the pilot can begin, the team are looking for students to take part in testing its functionality. This can be done off campus and shouldn’t take any longer than 30 minutes. If you would like to take part, please email our IT team by Friday 17 May.
