Last week, Ben Spencer (MP for Runnymede and Weybridge), alongside
Dr David Ashton, planted two cedar trees on our campus. The decision to plant trees came from Surrey MPs, who are committing to facilitate planting 1.2 million trees in Surrey by 2030. The trees were planted in Canada Copse, and aim to provide a peaceful outdoors environment to support students' mental wellbeing during their studies.
