However you are studying with us this year, Library Services provides you with study space, access to computers and printers, and a wealth of printed and online learning resources

You can find out what’s available on the Library intranet pages, including how to contact our friendly library team for advice throughout your studies.

As the way you are learning is changing, we’re organising study spaces to support that. There are quiet study spaces in the Library and there’s also spaces there, and across our College for you to join your online seminars where you’ll feel comfortable to take part and engage with the sessions. Remember to bring your own headset!

As well as using study space, you can now browse the shelves directly and borrow items using our contactless self-issue terminals. This means our Click and Collect service is now exclusive to students registered with the Disability & Dyslexia Support services (DDS).

A safe space

To ensure a safe environment for you and comply with Covid-19 regulations, you currently need to book and check into the Library within the Davison Building. If you enjoy the splendour of the Founder’s Building, check out the Founder’s Reading Room which provides overnight study space.

Our study spaces have been adapted to maintain social distancing and the number available is gradually being increased, both in the library and elsewhere on campus. Generally you’ll find that mornings and evenings are less busy.

Throughout the building there are lots of computer workstations which should be used with the gloves provided to ensure your safety and that of others.
