If your card is lost, damaged, faded or expired, we’ll issue you with a free replacement if you complete our online request form by 27 August. Once you have requested the card, we’ll prepare it for you over the summer and your new card will be ready to collect at the start of the new term. We'll contact you in early September with further details on how and when you’ll be able to collect your card. If you miss the deadline of 27 August you can still request a replacement card by contacting the Student Services Centre but it might not be ready for you to collect at the start of the new academic year.
