On Thursday (28 October), from 11am-12pm, students are invited to a virtual Patient Participation Group.
The Patient Participation Group is an opportunity for all students registered with the GP Surgery on campus to ask questions and discuss ideas and comments with the GPs directly.
Working in partnership with the surgery, a PPG can help to make services more student-friendly and improve patient experience. By identifying issues that are important to student patients and by responding to any new trends, it can improve and influence the way in which their NHS services are planned and delivered, and increase patients’ understanding of the GP healthcare provided.
