Dec 01 2022

We use multi-factor authentication (MFA) across the College to make our accounts safer, more secure and easier to manage. Whilst you will be familiar with logging in with MFA for a couple of services (Moodle and emails via browser), we are now introducing it across more of our services, adding a layer of protection and making sign ins more consistent across our services.

From the morning of Tuesday 6 December we will be introducing it for the following services:

  • Campus Connect
  • The Attendance Logging page

The links to access these platforms will not change, only the way you login to them. If you need any help or guidance, have a look at our MFA webpages

There will be some downtime during reading week whilst the changes take place, meaning that for a short period, you will not be able to access the above services. We will update closer to the time with more details about when services will be down; we’re sorry for any disruption this causes.

If you have any questions, or need any help once MFA has launched across these services, you can contact IT on itservicedesk@rhul.ac.uk.
