Help in an emergency and Security
If you are on campus, Security operates and is contactable 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The team is based in Founder's East, opposite the Visitor's Center.
If there is an emergency on campus please call 01784 443888.

Careers

The Careers Hub will be closed from 4pm Friday 13 December and will be offering online-only appointments from 16-20 December and 2-10 January. The Careers Hub will re-open on Monday 13 January for in-person appointments and drop-ins. You can book appointments, find upcoming events and search for job opportunities on the Careers Portal at any time.
Library
The Library in the Davison Building will be open from 8am-12am daily with the exception of the following dates when the Library will be closed: 23 Dec 2024 – 01 January 2025
Royal Holloway Sport

Term-time opening hours, 7am-10pm (weekdays), 9am-6pm (Saturdays) and 10am-4pm (Sundays), will resume from Monday 13 January onwards.

If you have an Annual Peak Membership with Royal Holloway Sport, you can access the BUCS UNIversal gym scheme and gain access to over 70 university gyms across the UK, subject to their opening hours, free of charge. Learn more.
Student Services Centre
- The Student Services Centre will be closed from 4pm on Friday 20 December until Wednesday 1 January 2025. We will be open as normal from 10am on Thursday 2 January 2025.
