Ahead of the 2026/27 academic year, we’ve changed the locations of some of our student helpdesks and updated their contact details have been updated.
Your Faculty Helpdesk is there for any questions about your academic studies. Check the latest Helpdesk locations and contact details.
This update is part of a wider change across the University as we move from six Schools to three Faculties. The new Faculty structure will bring related subjects together and help teams work more closely to provide a more joined-up student experience.
Your course, teaching, and the teams supporting your studies will remain the same. The main change is that some support services, including helpdesks, are now organised under Faculties instead of Schools.
