Why not book afternoon tea or dinner for you and your guests on the day of your ceremony?

Afternoon tea will be served daily from 2.30-4.30pm during Graduation Week, and dinner from 6.30pm on 9, 10, and 11 July both of which will be served in Founder's Dining Hall.

Afternoon tea menu:

Selection of traditional afternoon teas
Selection of finger sandwiches
Scone with clotted cream and strawberry preserve
Assortment of cakes
Mini Irish cream éclair
Strawberry red velvet sponge
Chocolate and mango sponge
Gâteau Opéra
Raspberry and rose délice
Gluten free alternatives are available upon request
 £20.00 per person

Dinner menu:

On arrival

 A glass of Prosecco with canapés

Main course

Chicken and basil ballotine wrapped in Parma ham

with sun-dried tomato, bulgur wheat, glazed baby vegetables and 
a white wine reduction


Ginger scented battered jack fruit

served on a salad of samphire and summer vegetables, 
pan-fried oyster mushrooms with a coconut and lime broth


Rich chocolate sphere

in a salted peanut butter and caramel sauce with a poached pear
and caramelised hazelnuts

Coffee and petits fours
