We are 3 female PhD students from the School of Business and Management, looking for a 4th (preferably female) mature student to join us in a lovely 4-bedroom house on Cherrywood Avenue, Englefield Green. The house is neat and well maintained with a shared garden, living room, kitchen, one bathroom (ground floor) and one bathroom with shower (first floor).
The room is a comfortable double, with cupboard space on the first floor, rent £353 pcm without bills.
We are in our third and fourth years so we would prefer someone who would appreciate a relatively quiet household for the next year. Tenancy starts 15th August 2019 on a one-year contract.
