Hi, we're a mixed gender group looking for a 4th housemate for the next academic year. Our house is 20ft from the campus back gate meaning there's virtually no communte and the rent is £625 per month (bills not included). The available room is the largest in the house. We're looking for someone friendly and tidy who will help pull their weight keeping the house clean.
