We’ve been catching up with some of our recent graduates including Rose Walker. She graduated in BA English Literature and Classical Studies in 2015 and is already carving out a successful career in journalism.

She said:“I had my first interview on the same day as my graduation ceremony last July – it was quite a day! I’m now a reporter at a legal magazine in London. I’ve wanted to be a journalist since I started university, I joined the team on The Founder, the independent newspaper, and became Editor in my final year. Royal Holloway gave me a platform for so many opportunities.”

Rose is just one of many success stories with 93 per cent of our graduates finding employment within six months of graduating. The Careers Service is available to all. They run employability skills workshops, host job fairs and can help set up internships.
