This week, we’re delving further into our student media by meeting Stephanie Bagnall, the Deputy Features Editor at the Orbital Magazine.

Stephanie is in her first year studying English and Drama. Asked why she chose to take a joint honours at Royal Holloway, she said:

“I chose Royal Holloway because I really liked the joint honours course and being so close to London for a Drama student is great, but I also wanted a beautiful green campus!

“I loved the feeling of community here, and I fell in love with Founder’s Library.”

As Deputy Editor for the Orbital, she hopes to gain great work experience for her aspiring career in journalism while meeting new and interesting people.

The Orbital is our official Students' Union publication produced by our students. Our student media generates a great buzz on campus, with our radio station Insanity playing 24/7, our broadcasting channel rhubarbTV making engaging programmes, and our independent newspaper The Founder generating great content.
