About the survey
PTES is a confidential, nationwide survey that helps us understand the real experiences of taught postgraduate students at Royal Holloway. It takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and gives you the opportunity to share your views on your learning experience.
The results are used to identify strengths, highlight areas for enhancement and make improvements to programmes, Departments and the wider student experience.
The survey asks about different parts of your course and experience as a postgraduate taught student, including:
-
How your course is taught, how well it is run and communicated to you.
-
Your views on assessment and feedback.
-
Wellbeing support and opportunities to develop academic skills.
-
Your experience of completing a dissertation or major project, if this applies to you.
-
Your reasons for choosing your course.
Your responses are confidential. When the results are brought together, all data is anonymised so no individual students can't be identified.
For more information on how your data is handled, please see our privacy statement.
