Online Sign-up
All new students are required to complete Online Sign-up for the start of your course. This is where you check we have the correct personal and course details for you and you sign up to the terms and conditions of studying with us.
This step of your enrolment will need to be completed via Campus Connect. Campus Connect is your gateway to your student record. In this portal you can view and update your personal details, view your fees and invoices and make payments, access proof of your student status, view your module registrations, exam timetable and much more.
To complete Online Sign-up, you'll need to follow the instructions below:
1. Log into Campus Connect - https://campus-connect.royalholloway.ac.uk on a PC or laptop with your username and password. (Please note that this process cannot be completed on your phone.)
Your username will be your email address in the username format for example: abcd123@live.rhul.ac.uk (not your name format).
2. From the 'Home' screen, scroll down and find the 'Online Sign-up' card (or search for the 'Online Sign-up' card).
3. Select the new academic year 2025/26 from the drop-down menu. Click on ‘Enrol now’.
4. Complete each step of Online Sign-up and remember to save your progress before moving on to the next step.
You will see a small information icon button throughout the Online Sign-up task. You can click on these information icon buttons to see helpful information about the topic.
You can also keep an eye on your progress by looking at the 'progress bar' at the top of the Online Sign-up screen. A tick will appear once the step has been fully completed. If a tick does not appear, go back to that step and double check you have completed all the required fields.
Some steps will have more than one tab to complete. You will need to review and click ‘Confirm’ on each tab before you will be able to select ‘Next’.
Once you’ve completed Online Sign-up, a confirmation message will appear on the screen confirming this.
You can then go back to the 'Home' screen and scroll down or search to find the 'Start of Session Checklist' card. It should update and the Online Sign-up step will show as completed.
