The Identity Check is a compulsory element for every student starting a new programme at Royal Holloway. An Identity Check enables us to ensure that we have your correct personal details registered and also confirms your right to study in the UK. All documents that you submit must be a true and accurate representation of yourself. If your document(s) are found to have been submitted fraudulently, your student record with the College will be closed.
You can see the status of your ID check by looking at the Start of Session checklist in the enrolment tab of Campus Connect, which will continue to update closer to the start of term, from week commencing 13 September 2021. We aim to have your ID check completed by week commencing 27 September 2021, as long as you have completed the appropriate steps in good time as detailed below. We recommend that you start to prepare what documents you can now so that you can complete your ID Check in good time.
