Application Form for Self Isolation


 

There are two options available for students who are travelling to Royal Holloway Halls from amber-listed countries who will need to self-isolate on arrival in the UK. 

  • Self-isolation at the start of term  

Available for arrivals between 15 - 19 September 

  • If you are arriving outside of these periods eg. between 2 - 15 September we will contact you to inform you of any options/availability.  

Welcome package 

As part of your self-isolation accommodation in Royal Holloway Halls, you will be provided with a welcome box for your arrival. Once you have settled in, you can then order and pay for your own requirements for delivery from the Students' Union Shop. Please select items from the menu below. Please be aware that your self-isolation may be in accommodation other than your allocated term-time room and may be located off-campus.

Self-isolation at the start of term: 

If you arrive between 15 - 19 September under option two, you will self-isolate in your allocated term-time accommodation. You will be charged your normal term-time fees as applicable and will be provided with a Welcome box (see Section 1). 

Self-isolation before the start of term:

If you are unable to arrive between 15 – 19 September please complete the form with your details and we will contact you.  

Please be aware that your self-isolation may be in accommodation other than your allocated term-time room and may be located off-campus.

  • Payment
    Payment for additional nights outside your term-time contract will be requested at the end of your self-isolation period when you check in to your term time accommodation. Please note we do not take cash payments, please ensure you have a valid debit or credit card to make your payment.
  • Welcome package
    As part of your self-isolation accommodation, you will be provided with a welcome box for you arrival.   • Booking conditions
    1. This is only available for students in Royal Holloway Halls who are required by law to self-isolate. Students travelling from red-listed countries cannot use this option 2. I agree to pay a pro rata nightly charge for any nights’ accommodation needing to be added before a term-time contract start date 3. I understand I may need to move rooms if required to do so by the College 4.
