Application Form for Self Isolation - Royal Holloway Student Intranet

Please tell us if you are a student who has accepted an offer of a room in Halls, travelling to Royal Holloway who will need to self-isolate on arrival in the UK. Travellers who have not been fully vaccinated must self-isolate for ten days upon arrival from a green list country.

You will be able to self-isolate in your allocated term-time room in Royal Holloway Halls. Please complete and submit the form below to let us know about your arrival.

Welcome package

As part of your self-isolation accommodation in Royal Holloway Halls, you will be provided with a welcome box for your arrival. Once you have settled in, you can then order and pay for your own requirements for delivery from the Students' Union Shop. Please select items from the menu below. Self-isolation at the start of term:

You will be charged your normal term-time fees as applicable and will be provided with a Welcome box (see Section one).

1. This is only available for students in Royal Holloway Halls who are required by law to self-isolate. Students travelling from red-listed countries cannot use this option 2. I agree to pay a pro rata nightly charge for any nights’ accommodation needing to be added before a term-time contract start date 3.
