Volunteers for Love In A Box 2011 initiative.
Operation Christmas Child is the world's largest children's Christmas project, bringing joy into the lives of underprivileged children since 1990. Last year, 977,880 children, living in the toughest parts of the world received shoeboxes that were packed with gifts and goodies from the UK.
There are prizes for the most creative boxes (internal and external), and the most boxes donated by an SU Club or Society.
To get involved collect a shoebox and guide from the Community Action office in the Students’Union, and then drop off your completed box by 4pm, Wednesday 20 November.
