Market Days Stall Booking Form

Community Partners are invited to have a free stand to recruit volunteers once a year at a Students' Union market day. This can be booked either as a general volunteer recruitment stand for your organisation, or if you have a new role/need volunteers short notice then can assist your organisation in recruiting suitable volunteers in person.

The stall offer is for a stand inside or outside Students' Union building (depending on weather to enable you to interact with the most number of students) between 11am-3pm, on Tuesdays in term-time.

Furthermore you can request an evening information session to compliment this stand on the date, which we can also promote in advance of the date.

Please use this form to select a date and book a stand on behalf of your organisation.

    Provide contact details for who we will be liaising with in advance of the date. We are aware that often this is different to who may be attending the actual day.
