Outside of core hours assistance is available by prior arrangement on a best efforts basis and may be charged.
Service hours
Core hours during term time: 0830-1800, Mon-Fri.
During other periods: 0900-1700, Mon-Fri.
Service targets
Technician will be present for at least the beginning of any connection to assess quality and make any adjustments. Then on call responding within 10 minutes during core hours. In practice emergencies are often dealt with far quicker.
