 IT Service Desk

The IT Service Desk is open for phone calls, emails, LiveHelp chat, and in person Monday - Friday between 9am-5pm.

To find us, go left at the main Library desk - our support desk is just to the left of this.  

 

Opening hours for the summer break

From 14 June to 19 August: 

  • No weekend cover at IT helpdesk in the Library 

  • Normal service in the Library Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm 

  • LiveHelp support between 12-5pm Monday to Friday
