 IT Service Desk

The IT Service Desk is open for phone calls, emails, LiveHelp chat, in person Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm, and 12pm to 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

To find us, go left at the main Library desk - our support desk is just to the left of this.  

 

LiveHelp

You can chat with a member of the IT Services team if you have an issue or question for us. We will try and resolve your problem via our instant messaging service, or start a remote session to take a look at the issue. Start a help session by clicking the button below.
