IT Service Desk

The IT Service Desk is available weekdays between 9am-5pm when the college is open.

In person IT support is also available 9am-5pm on weekdays, 12noon-5pm on weekends during term time.
To find us, go left at the main Library desk and proceed to the very end of the building, where the support desk is on the right. 

LiveHelp

You can chat with a member of the IT Services team if you have an issue or question for us. We will try and resolve your problem via our instant messaging service, or start a remote session to take a look at the issue. Start a help session by clicking the button below.
