Your Hall Life Team

Hello! We’re the Hall Life team and we’re on hand to run innovative events and campaigns for you and to promote a happy experience throughout your time in Halls!  We hope that through your interactions with us we’ll be able to help and support you to live independently, as part of the student Hall community.

We understand that living away from home for the first time can be daunting so our top tip would be to use the Hall Life programme of events and activities to meet friends, learn something new and let us help you to settle into your new home away from home.

Our team is made up of fellow students who have all lived in Halls before and have a wealth of knowledge and experience to share with you. We can talk to you about any problems you may be facing (no question is too silly!) and direct you to more specialised help if you need it.

Your Hall Life team work in partnership with key contacts across the college, such as the Students' Union, Campus Services, Security and Student Wellbeing (to name a few!). And whilst we're here to help you have fun, it's important to remember that there are a few rules in Halls, to protect your health, safety and wellbeing. The Hall Life team are able to discipline students who do not follow the rules. For more information on living in Halls, refer to your Guide to Living in Halls.

You can find out more about our Hall Life events on our student events calendar.
