Studies have shown that students who exercise work better and being physically active can help with your mental wellbeing too. Physical activity is for everyone and experience is not a requirement. Whether you're looking to pick up a new sporting hobby, or you're always in the gym, there's something for everyone of all abilities. From one-off events and regular drop-in sport sessions to pay-as-you-go gym memberships and group exercise classes.
