Welcome to Royal Holloway

We're looking forward to welcoming you to campus for the new academic year. If you are starting a new course in September 2024, we will start sending enrolment emails from Tuesday 20 August 2024. Your enrolment email will include:

  • Your IT username and password
  • Instructions on how to enrol at the University

You will also gain access to Ask Royal Holloway which will be your go-to resource for information throughout your time at the University. If your query falls outside of what's already addressed, the 'ask a question' button, located at the bottom of the help pages ensures your query will reach the right team promptly, saving you time and ensuring a faster response.

For courses starting in September 2024, there will be course specific Welcome to Royal Holloway talks held on Monday 23 September 2024. These talks will be an opportunity to find out more about your studies, ask any questions you may have and meet other students on the same course as you. The Welcome to Royal Holloway induction timetable will be available here soon.
