Find out what steps you need to take as a new student beginning your studies at Royal Holloway

Welcome to Royal Holloway

We're looking forward to welcoming you to campus for the new academic year.

Enrolment emails will be sent from mid-August for courses starting in September 2022 and from w/c Monday 5 December 2022 for courses starting in January 2023. Once you recieve your email you'll be able to enrol onto your course. 

The email will provide you with more information on enrolment and the steps you need to follow to complete the process however, you may want to get a head start and read through the how to enrol webpages to find out about Online Sign-up, Tuition Fee Payments, submitting a photo for your College card, your ID check and information on what happens if you don't complete your enrolment. 

The Official Royal Holloway App

As a new student, the best way to find out everything you need to know about starting your studies and joining our university community, is by downloading the Official Royal Holloway app. The app contains important information, including aspects of student life, details of your course induction and various welcome activities.

For students moving into Halls of Residence there is also the Living in Halls guide which will be available in August. This guide contains practical advice for living with others and details of support available to you. If you’re an international student, you can find specific information relevant to you in our International Student Support guide, including available support, visa information and advice on living in the UK.

Download the app today, and look out for additional infomation as we get closer to the start of term. We recommend enabling push notifications so you don't miss out when new information is added. If you are unable to download the mobile app, you can view an online version of the Welcome Guide and the International Student Support guide
