Information for teachers

What is the Pop-up university event?

We would like to invite you and your students to our Pop-up university event at the AFC Bournemouth, Vitality Stadium on Tuesday 2 July.

This event will offer your students the chance to get stuck in to academic taster sessions of their choice, hearing about today's hot topics from a range of academic departments. They'll also be able to get a taste for university life, hearing from leading experts through immersive sessions, designed to get them to start thinking about their own university journey.

There will also be practical information about applying to university, and the opportunity to find out more about all of the programmes on offer at Royal Holloway. There will be a breakout hub for you and fellow teachers to network with colleagues and meet our support staff.

A limited number of travel bursaries are available towards the cost of coach hire for school groups, please email popup@royalholloway.ac.uk to find out more about this and make an application for funding.
