IT Service Desk

The IT Service Desk is available between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Emails, logged calls, and phone voice messages will only be checked during these hours.

Location: Davison Building, Library, ground floor.  The Support Office is just to the left of the Library helpdesk.

Term Time opening hours

Monday to Thursday:  12 noon - 4pm and 5pm - 9pm
Friday:  12 noon - 4pm
Saturday and Sunday:  12 noon - 5pm


Easter break opening hours

Monday to Friday:  12 noon - 4pm

Summer break opening hours

Monday to Friday:  12 noon - 2pm
