Scope of support

IT Services are able to offer the following support:

  • Support for a wide range of standard windows desktop software including MS Office,  Internet Explorer, anti-virus and specialist corporate and teaching applications.
  • Support for current Windows operating systems with limited support for Vista and Mac OS.
  • Support for college funded desktop PCs, laptops and peripherals

Repairs

IT services does not fix hardware and software problems on laptops or personal PCs kept at home. However, we do have a list of local companies who offer a repair service - please call in to the Laptop & Mobile Device Support Clinic in the Bedford Library for further information or see our software and hardware page.
