If you’re a visiting student or a new postgraduate taught student (January intake) who submitted your application for accommodation before 30 November 2023, you'll be informed which Halls you've been allocated between Monday 4 and Wednesday 6 December 2023. Further information for applications received after 30 November, and applicants on other programmes can be found in the Student Accommodation Allocation Policy 2023/24. 

You will receive an email shortly after you have received your formal offer which will include your room number.

We will be able to accommodate early arrivals and students will be charged a daily rate for the extra days in which they stay in campus accommodation. You will be contacted about this once you have accepted your offer of accommodation.

If your contract starts on 7 January 2024 then you can move into your room from 10am on Sunday 7 January 2024.

There will be some items that the University will provide for you in your room and some items you will need to bring with you. Have a look at the list below for what you'll find in your room and what you'll need to bring.

• single bed with storage (for bed dimensions please visit the accommodation website) 
• wardrobe 
• drawers 
• desk and lamp 
• wastepaper bin 
• desk chair 
• some rooms have washbasins 
• mattress protector 

You’ll need to bring: 

• sheets 
• single duvet cover 
• pillowcases 
• towels 
• duvet and pillows
