Refugee Research and Collaboration Symposium Monday 8th July
Last week was Refugee Week, the world’s largest festival celebrating the contributions, creativity, and resilience of refugees and people seeking sanctuary. As part of our journey to become a University of Sanctuary, we invite colleagues, students, and partner agencies to our first Refugee Research and Collaboration Symposium on Monday 8th July, 10:30−15:00.
This interdisciplinary, cross-School event will explore what Royal Holloway researchers, students, staff, and administrators can do to support refugees, people seeking asylum, and displaced people. There will be presentations on research and practice-based projects relating to refugees and forced migration, and roundtable discussions about how we can work collaboratively to be a University of Sanctuary.
