Sentio is an interdisciplinary journal launched in 2018 by postgraduate researchers from the ESRC-funded South-East Network for the Social Sciences (SeNSS) Doctoral Training Partnership and is published annually online. This issue's theme, “Past, Present, Future” is a universal concept that every researcher will be able to draw upon and we encourage authors to interpret the theme in any way they see fit, viewing “Past, Present, Future” as a timeline or just focussing on one or two aspects of that timeline specifically. Departing from the format of a traditional journal, Sentio is accepting submissions for its 3 sections:
- Articles (1000-3000 words)
- Traditional articles that present empirical research findings, philosophical or theoretical discussion, early-stage ideas, or summaries of doctoral thesis chapters
- Features (1000-2000 words)
- Commentaries on recent debates, reviews, or interviews
- Reflections (250-1500 words)
- Brief moments of lived experience across all stages of research and aspects of life and work as a researcher
