What is the PGR Student Dashboard?
The PGR Student Dashboard includes features which provide you PGR-specific information for your Masters by Research/MPhil/PhD/ProfDoc students.
1. When you ‘Search for a student’, you will find additional details for PGR students including:
- details of their supervisory team and upgrade panel
- their upgrade and submission deadlines
- their dates of upgrade and thesis submission
- their funding details
- exam process tracking and outcome
- details of extensions and other suspensions of regulations granted
2. The ‘PGR Tracking’ tab allows you to view information about a group of PGR students, either by School, department or by supervisor including:
- Supervisor details
- Funding details
- Upcoming deadlines: upgrade / thesis submission / viva date / corrections
How do I access the Student Dashboard?
https://dashboards.rhul.ac.uk
- Login using your normal username (e.g. abcd123) and password.
- If you have not been given access to the Student Dashboard yet, visit the Student Dashboard webpage for details how to arrange this.
How do I learn to use the Student Dashboard?
Within the dashboard itself there is a 'How To… ' section which gives some brief details on using the tool
- Some short Student Dashboard Videos have been developed showing how to complete key tasks
- Face to face training will be available to book. Users will be notified when the next sessions have been arranged.
What if the Dashboard is not showing the information I am expecting for a particular PGR student?
The details you can view on the Dashboard reflect the data held on the student's Banner record. If you think that this information is incorrect, please contact the Doctoral School so that we can update the student's record as appropriate.
