For PGR examiners travelling to a viva in their own vehicle, they will need a permit to park in any of the Egham campus car parks.  Our car parks are monitored by a vehicle registration plate recognition system.

To request a permit to park on campus, please do so at least 2 days beforehand by completing:

Please be aware that if you are a member of staff at Royal Holloway, you can only claim travel expenses if the viva takes place at our Central London campus.

The current fee for non-Royal Holloway examiners is £265 (PhD) / £175 (MPhil)
