If you are wholly funded by an external organisation, you are not eligible for additional funding through phase 2 of the Covid-19 funding extension scheme.  You should therefore:

• Work with your supervisor and liaise with the company/organisation to request a funding extension.
• If the company/organisation agrees to a funding extension, please inform the  Doctoral School so that your student funding record can be up-dated.
• Please note that you should request full fees from the company/organisation, rather than writing-up fees, for the extension to your current programme of study. 
• You should also check with the company/organisation that they agree to a commensurate extension to your submission date too.  Please inform the Doctoral School if this the case.
