Offer letter and acceptance 

If you have been awarded a studentship, you will receive an offer letter, terms and conditions and an acceptance form from us.

If you wish to accept the award, please sign and date the acceptance form and return this to the Doctoral School.

When you have accepted the studentship, we will manually update your record for the new academic year to show that you are in receipt of a studentship and we will inform the relevant team of the maintenance amount you are to receive and the tenure so that they can organise your payments.

 Admissions offer

Please ensure you also formally accept your offer for the PGR programme through the Admissions team. This will enable your student record to be fully set up on our system in time for your enrolment.

Please note that the admissions process is separate to the studentship process - so acceptance of your studentship does not equate to the offical acceptance of your admissions offer.
