The Doctoral school helpdesk is located in the Founder's South Tower -S1-05. We are usualluy open Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm but changes to these times can be found on the helpdesk page.if you are unable to visit us in person, please contact us:

- get your student status certificate (once you have submitted)
- get advice on non-academic queries relating to your studies

The Student Services Centre (SSC)
The Student Services Centre provides a central point of contact for enquiries and services in a way that is accessible to all. They are dedicated to responding to queries sensitively, fairly and efficiently; if they don’t have the answer to your query they will work with you and our colleagues across the College to find the best solution.The SSC is located in the Davison Building.If you are unable to visit in person, please contact them:
