Walton Charity would like to have some real time current research around the provision and need to improve provision for key workers in Elmbridge and specific recommendations for how Walton Charity could utilise their position to improve key worker accommodation provision in Elmbridge. Specific information around retention packages available through local organisations for key workers in schools, care homes etc would be useful to benchmark what offerings work in attracting key workers to remain working locally and what further offerings could be made. Outcomes could be shared with local partners to encourage others to work alongside Walton Charity in bringing about change in this area. You can find out more about the charity here.
