The team is growing and they are looking for a freelance, part time, Research Assistant to work closely with their Research Team. They are looking for someone who ideally has some experience in a qualitative research role and is confident drawing primary research into strong insights that tell a story. They work across all sectors so you’ll be able to work on client projects from the likes of Kraft Heinz, BBC Studios, Knight Frank, Gousto, ASOS and Nike.
About the role
Wiser’s creative team is made up of two parts - the research half of the team is made up of people who have interests and skills in quantitative and qualitative research, consultancy or behavioural psychology. The strategy half of our team is made up of people who are great storytellers, strong copywriters and communicators, and who love coming up with creative ideas. Together, we research and advise our clients on how to develop their employee value propositions and employer brand strategies.
- You’ll be supporting the Research team, whose work underpins all of the creative work we do for our clients.
- You’ll help shape insightful research that can form the foundation for powerful brand messaging, compelling ideas and valuable recommendations.
- You’ll be assigned to a project and work directly with that project team for the project, supporting in processing interview transcripts and any other project-based tasks required. This may include conducting research interviews, proofing surveys, supporting in client focus groups and/or attending internal workshops to discuss research themes and insights. The level of commitment can flex according to your availability.
