In the last few days there have been reports of staff and students having issues accessing some library resources. This is due to a change in our authentication system; our Systems Manager, College IT and external suppliers are working hard to identify and solve the problem.
As a workaround, users should install and use the College VPN even if they are working from campus. This has worked in every case so far.
