Do you struggle to manage your emotions? Are your emotions so intense they cause you to act impulsively? Are your difficult emotions affecting your relationships?
If you answered yes to any of the above questions, perhaps you would like to consider attending this 8-week course that the Student Counselling Service are piloting, for students who wish to develop skills to identify, understand and manage their emotions and relationships more effectively.
The course features 4 key skill sets:
- Mindfulness Skills
- Interpersonal Effectiveness Skills
- Emotion Regulation Skills
- Distress Tolerance Skills
The course will run EVERY THURSDAY 2-4.30pm from 6 February to 26 March 2020.
