Pure, our university’s research portal, will undergo an upgrade on Wednesday 8 March between 7-11pm.
During the upgrade, the Pure Admin system will not be accessible. Whilst the upgrade takes place, the portal itself will remain accessible.
If you experience any issues beyond the scheduled upgrade time, or have any questions, please contact the Pure team.
How to keep up to date
Over the course of the academic year, there will be a regular programme of upgrades taking place, to ensure Pure Admin and the portal is always performing at its best, including benefiting from any new features.
So that you always know when to expect an update, we have created a scheduled maintenance page. In the future, we will use this page to communicate any regular, planned updates. Please keep an eye on this page so you know when updates are coming up.
If we have any major upgrades which will change the way you use or experience Pure Admin or the portal, we will ensure these are communicated widely.
